TITLE: IT Architect and Security Specialist

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (oral and written)

- 5 + years experience in IT Governance, Security, Risk, and Compliance, CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO27001/BS7799 certification is strongly desired.
- Knowledge of major IT Governance framework, eg ITIL, COSO, and CoBIT.
- Bachelor ‘s degree in related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate security and risk related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.
- Should have experience with auditing, and risk management.
- Must have a solid understanding of information technology and information security.
- Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments; transnational insurance company preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
- Knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processes.
- Ability to rapidly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Design and IT system architecture, databases and data network to support business requirements based on the company ITC standards
- Produce documented frameworks or architecture which describe and are used to manage the implementation of technical environment
- Design and to provides guidance and directions within IT and among users for physical protection of information systems and corporate information
- Design and implement procedures and controls necessary to ensure and protect the safety and security of all information systems, including prevention of intention and inadvertent access, modification disclosure or destruction
- Researches developments and technologies in assigned technology, determinates business requirements, propose changes
- Manage the development and implementation of IT security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of security and risk management.
- Leads the program to develop, maintain and govern the enterprise architecture (EA) across the organization. Responsible for defining the EA process and architecture review process, and for leading the integration of those processes with related business and IT processes.
- Directing the governance structure and activities associated with ensuring compliance with the enterprise architecture.
- Maintain and build up development standard.
- Code review and development approach and performance definition.
- Analyse and prepare complex cross-platform system solution.
- Overlook the system solution quality provided by supplier.
- Provide system design in short term and long term in term of BA solution.
- Application integration and strategy plan.
- Plan and review control mechanisms for data integrity.
