TITLE: Network Security Engineer
LOCATION: Birmingham, UK
RELOCATION/VISA: Need to have a relevant visa
SALARY: 35,000.00 – 40,000.00 GBP per year excellent benefits

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent knowledge of networking and security
* Experience of producing detailed designs
* CCNA qualified (CCSP or CISSP an advantage)
* Experience of Checkpoint and/ or Cisco (PIX and ASA) firewalls
* Certification or solid practical experience in two or more major security technologies (e.g. Finjan, Fotinet, Ironport, McAfee or Juniper)
* Excellent communication skills
* Peferably have experience of working for an IT service provider
* Knowledge of web application firewalls (Imperva), intrusion prevention services (McAfee, ISS), end point security, hardware encryption (X-Kryptor), security audit processes and penetration testing desirable
* Awareness of CESG security requirements an advantage
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Cisco Network Security Engineer you are responsible for delivering our customers’ network and security requirements through the complete lifecycle of design, cost, implementation and support through to disposal. You will ensure the service provided meets or exceeds the established service level agreements and quality standards.
