TITLE: Security Operations Center Manager

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
A CISSP is preferred with minimum 5-10 years experience.
5+ years of overall enterprise experience in Security Operations Center, network event analysis, threat analysis, intelligence analysis.
4+ years experience in a managerial, operational and incident response role with accomplishments tied to planning, organization, processes, controls and leadership.
CISSP, Checkpoint, ISS Real Secure, McAfee, Fortinet and Symantec
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Day-to-Day operations and oversight of staff.
Escalation point for all operational issues and technical issues that might arise.
Ensure that all process and procedures are followed and all KPI’s are maintained.
Scheduling of staff for proper coverage.
Understanding of the Managed Security Services offering and contract deliverables.
Client facing role who may need to contact and work problems to resolution with the customer or escalate to management.
